Intertek's GSV program integrates multiple global supply-chain security initiatives, including C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), PIP (Partners in Protection) and AEO (Authorized Economic Operators). The QS mark (formally the Industrial Product Manufacturing License) is a Chinese quality and safety mark for food, beverages and other products. Introduced in 2003,[1] it is managed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). The license is required for many product categories if they are both manufactured and sold in China.
